As CEO and President, Andy brings 15+ years of financial leadership in construction and manufacturing to the Executive Board. Holding an MBA from Syracuse University, he draws from his rural Illinois roots to understand the vital need for dependable infrastructure. Andy is dedicated to upholding ElectriCom’s 65+ year legacy of superior safety and project quality.
JJ Hudson
SVP Operations, Atlantic Southeast
JJ Hudson is the Senior Regional VP for the Atlantic Southeast, offering 20 years of expertise in telecom engineering. Since joining ElectriCom in 2013, he has risen to executive leadership with a focus on project management and high-quality delivery.
James Johnston
SVP of operations
James leads operations with nearly two decades of management experience, joining ElectriCom in 2014. He directs construction services with a focus on maximizing efficiency, client success, and safety. James holds an Economics degree from The Ohio State University, along with an MS in Strategic Finance and an MBA from Indiana University.

SVP Operations, Atlantic Southeast
Tony Pasquarello Jr. is a Regional VP with over 20 years in gas and telecom construction. Since 2013, he has risen from General Foreman to executive leadership, overseeing 2,000+ miles of fiber deployment. Using his Keystone College background, Tony focuses on building exceptional client and team partnerships.

Since 2010, Scotty Likens has specialized in telecom infrastructure, now serving as Vice President of Midwest Telecom Operations. With 30 years in the field and a key role at the Kentucky Telecom Association, he prioritizes integrity and safety. Scotty is dedicated to delivering high-quality client services while ensuring total team satisfaction.
Billy Vincent
SVP operations, Energy Services
Vice President of Energy Services Billy Vincent joined ElectriCom in 1996, working as a Purchasing Agent and Field Manager before his current role. He holds a Construction Management degree from Indiana State University and sits on the PCCA Board of Directors.
